GMC Index is a free online valuation tool that provides estimated valuations of ecommerce stores based on data provided by the user and publicly available information, including but not limited to:

• Google Merchant Center account status and configuration
• Advertising performance data (ad spend, revenue, ROAS)
• Store infrastructure (platform, domain age, feeds, payment methods)
• Third-party trust signals (Trustpilot, ScamAdviser)
• Social media presence

Tagan Labs LLC operates GMC Index solely as a technology platform providing informational valuations. Valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

2. Nature of Valuations

All valuations generated by GMC Index are algorithmic estimates based on the data provided and publicly available information.

Tagan Labs LLC does not:

• guarantee the accuracy of any valuation
• provide financial, investment, or legal advice
• act as a broker, appraiser, or financial institution
• facilitate the sale or purchase of any store or asset

Valuations are provided for informational purposes only. Users should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using GMC Index, you represent and warrant that:

• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• you have the right to submit the data you provide
• you will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• you will not attempt to manipulate or abuse the valuation system
